PTO MEETINGS & MINUTES
All are welcome to attend PTO meetings held the first Monday of each month in the Media Center from 6:30-8:00p.m. If you are unable to attend, you can stop in the school office and place your ideas about PTO topics and events in out PTO suggestion mailbox. We are listening and are always looking for new opportunities and volunteers to help us achieve a successful school year. Homework helpers / child care is available during PTO meetings.

FUNDRAISING
Fundraising through the Auburn Elementary Parent Teacher Organization comes in many forms. We participate in two large fundraisers, the Fall fundraiser and Winter fundraiser, to help support students and their learning in the classroom. These fundraisers help teachers purchase classroom supplies, technology and offset the costs associated with field trips. The PTO also uses multiple fundraisers we can all participate in easily from the comfort of our own home by simply clipping packaging labels through our corporate fundraisers. Items such as Box Tops and Campbell's soup labels provide additional funds for the school equipment.

Volunteering at Auburn Elementary
We welcome and encourage parents, relatives and community members to volunteer their services; helping as tutors, helping classroom teachers, working in the library, event planning and many other aspects of support that helps provide wonderful learning experiences for students at Auburn Elementary.
All of our volunteers need to have an approved volunteer form on file with the Bay City Public Schools prior to volunteering at Auburn Elementary. You will need to fill out a new Volunteer Application each school year. Click the link below to download this year's Volunteer Application.
