Hi, I'm Mrs. Karen Rauschenberger. I love teaching fourth-grade at Auburn Elementary! I've been teaching for 27 years; every grade from pre-school to 8th grade. I've been at Auburn for 10 years. I earned my BS in Science at CMU, my Master's in Reading at EMU, and my ZA-Early Childhood Endorsement at SVSU.
When I'm not in school, I enjoy life with my husband, Don, and our two sons, Kyle, 23, and Scott, 20. I am an avid sports fan. I get to run the clock/scoreboard at Western's home football games and you can find me working the long jump pit during track season. I also play softball and volleyball for fun. My softball team team won the league and a tournament and I batted .449. Whenever we get a chance from April to October, I am reading, cross-stitching, and relaxing on our boat.
